The planning guide is downloadable for a $10.00 deposit, which will be refunded with the purchase of a deck. Included in the guide are step-by-step instructions to help you easily gather all necessary information. See an example Click here.

The planning guide is an Adobe Acrobat file (PDF). You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to view and print the guide.

Within 2-3 business days after we receive your Planning Guide, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to your individual "Design Review." You will find a preliminary drawing of your deck layout and price quote for the plan.

Price Estimate: The price for custom deck plan service is based on the square footage of the surface material. Typically, plans range between $0.30 - $0.50 per square foot. Prices will vary based on the complexity of the design. There is a Plan Minimum of $150.00.

Final approval of your deck design layout will be made with your payment. A complete plan and material list will be completed within the time frame and method selected in your "Planning Guide."
